• Before we start shopping + creating looks for you, you’ll complete an in-depth Style Questionnaire and Style Inspiration Board. Both of these will help me get to know you; your past style challenges, where you are now, and where you’d like your closet to be by the end of our time together.
• Once you submit your Style Pre-Work, we aim to fulfill your package within 45 days.

• During your 45-Minute Style Kick-Off call, we’ll review your Style Questionnaire and Style Inspiration Board to make sure I have all the info I need to start shopping for you.
• We’ll also review the style direction for your looks and determine the best way to deliver your experience – virtually, in-person, or in-store. Then the fun part begins!

• Your Style Experience includes two ’rounds of shopping, which will allow us to create a variety of looks spanning seasons, events, etc.
• Here’s how the shopping works: first I’ll spend some time researching different retailers to ensure we choose the right stores for you. Then I’ll browse the inventory at each store, and select garments that match your unique body shape, personality, and lifestyle.
• If I’ve shopped virtually, you’ll receive an email when your store carts are ready for purchase*. Everything will be shipped right to your door (or another agreed-upon location in NYC)! You’ll even have the option to choose complimentary in-home concierge support to assist with unpacking, and/or re-packing and returning your order.
• If we’re meeting in person at a NYC location, all of the packages will be sent to the location decided on during your Style Kick-Off call. My team will track all of your packages to ensure they arrive on schedule. Depending on where the packages are shipped, either you or my team will ensure that everything is unboxed and hung up prior to your fitting.
• If we’re meeting at a store in NYC, I’ll arrive a day or two before to pre-select your garments, so they’re ready and waiting for you when you arrive.

*Please note that cost of clothing is not included in this package and will be purchased separately by the client.

• Your Style Experience includes two 2-Hour Fittings. During your fittings I’ll pair items together, and make personalized recommendations as you try on the clothing. You’ll walk away with a minimum of 15 looks you LOVE, per fitting (for a total of 30 looks)!
• During the fittings I take notes on which pieces you adore and want to keep, what needs alterations, or a different size, and/or which garments are being returned.
• In the final 30-minutes of each fitting, one of my go-to expert tailoring pros will arrive to ensure we get your garments properly tailored*. Once the garments are tailored they’ll be shipped to your door.

*Any on-site tailor fees are complimentary, however you will be responsible for the alteration costs associated with each garment.

• Within 3 business days after your fittings, I’ll provide you with a list of all of the above along with follow-up notes that will complete your style transformation!

• You also receive email support for up to 45 days after your 2nd fitting is complete! Your virtual style support includes:
  • Accessories/Shoes/Bags/Undergarments shopping
  • Additional tailoring support
  • Up to four outfit reviews
  • Up to four item reviews
  • Replacement items (if needed)
  • Up to one look revision
  • Returns help
  • Up to two updates to your personal style site in GoodPix.

Please note that style support DOES NOT include additional outfit creation, fittings, clothing shopping, or calls.
